Classes and Prices
Classes are intermediate / advanced and some equipment is used ie; mats, weights, bands, loops, foam rollers, balls, rings.

Sessions can be in person or virtual through Zoom.
Zoom Group Classes
Tuesday 9.30am
Saturday 9.30am
Each session is 1 hour.
Block booking by term (linked to school terms)
£12 per class - paid by the term
ie the training fee for a six week term would be £72
Zoom 1:1 and 1:2 Classes
By arrangement.
1:1 £55 per 1hour session
1:2 £65 per 1hour session
NB 24hrs notice of cancellation is required to prevent the session fee being charged.
